Southeast Asian style colonial retro style——SPC floor paving case

This project is a holiday villa purchased by Xishuangbanna owner. It is the first floor of the outhouse, and all the walls of the original house are load-bearing walls. No changes were made for security reasons, but functional partitioning was done on this basis.

Since the house is mainly used for vacation, the owner wanted Southeast Asian style, but considering the overall tone is pure Southeast Asian style dark, so some European elements were added, such as the retro and European lines of the green half wall, the retro of the rough floor, forming a retro colonial style with unique style and historical significance.
